I've shot some 100 yard IBS shoots in factory class. I'm wondering if a savage built gun could compete in say varmint for score at 100 yards. I have a action trued by SSS, If I put it in a proper stock with a 30 BR barrel and a good trigger could it run with the built guns? Or would it really be a waste of time and money?
I know you need to be able to shoot 20+ x's to be in the running. Can a savage based gun come any where near this?

Run out is fine, I just dont have any tension on the bullet, once they are seated you can pull them out by hand.Quote:
