Should you remove the ejector before head spacing? It appears with the ejector spring allowing the ejector to move up and down that this would give a false reading of the go gauge during head spacing by allowing it to move. Is this necessary or not?

some gauges have a cut out for it fit into so it will not interfere. I'm one to not be to concerned about it.
I don't remove it and have never had any problems.
I had the same concern. After measuring a case, then firing it and checking it again I can see no difference.
+ 4 - I don't worry about it. I just make sure the GO gauge is snug & that cases cycle through easily. Always works !
