116 bottom metal question

I've got a 116 in 300wm with a detachable magazine. Is it possible to swap this to a standard drop bottom magazine? I'm running into OAL issues with the detachable magazine and was hopping to find a way to gain some seating length.

The hinged floor plate magazine frame assembly uses the same box magazine box and follower as your current DBM.
