Aw magazines in a model 10 ?

I was just wondering if anyone has setup a model 10 to use these magazines? From what I understand the receiver needs to be modified to except stagger feed mags in remingtons? So I was just wondering if a model 10 blind magazine stagger feed action could be converted to a DBM without these mods?
