What year did Savage begin using Laminated stocks? Or have they always used LS (except some Birch E's) ?
Far as I know it was this year they teamed with Boyd's
Let me further explain. Of the 58 rifles that I am sifting through, several of the Savage 99's have "LS" meaning Laminated Stock (I'm assuming) in the hand written notes by the owner.
I'll ask another way...are all the Savage 99 stocks laminated or solid stocks?
