300 WSM seating depth verses magazine length

I just ordered a new Savage 16 FCSS in 300 WSM. Does anybody know whether I can seat a 180 Gr. bullet out to touch the lands, and still fit the round inside the magazine? If not, will this adversely affect my accuracy?
