93 extractor spring clip (702655)

How to replace? Where do the cut-outs go? Facing front or rear of bolt.

The cut outs face the rear of the bolt. I have found that if you place only one of the extractors in the bolt before attaching the spring clip it makes for a much easier install. Then simply slide the other extractor under the clip.
