Yes, because those particular cartridges headspace off the belt, not the shoulder, at least officially. If you look at the actual gauges, they are short little stubs because of this.

Thanx for the link BN . Interesting article, seems like quite a bit of extra case work. With the price of brass maybe it's worth it, not to mention the improved accuracy. I don't like muzzle brakes so I don't shoot my large caliber mags as much as I'd like. Just enough to stay proficient.
