I think its actually a flaring tool for putting flared ends on various size copper tubing.

I wouldn't want to do 100's this way but often I load 10 test loads and only need to fire a couple.
It should be mentioned a washer could be placed on top of the press to prevent damage to the exposed threads. Just a thought.
Why is it I never think of stuff like that? Anyway...awesome idea and thanks for posting it! I have a flaring tool in the garage.

Using the press with a pair of channel lock pliers or large dikes is the best if saving the bullets isnt a priority.
