Choate Lite Tac ????

I have a lite tac stock on my model 11, and recently bought a versa-pod bipod. I am wondering if any body knows what adapter i need,freeland, or anscutz?

Should be an Anschutz. The Freeland is deeper and not as wide as the Anschutz which is wider and shallower. My Choate tactical came with the Anschutz rail. Hope this helps a little.
