I'd call Jim Briggs at NSS and look at the CBI barrels (I absolutly love mine) or see if he has a Savage take-off in stock. Jim is a great guy to deal with, you won't be disappointed.

Devin at Sinarms (Sinman on here) could definatly make you one. He's good to go as well.

jim is the man to help you for sure...are you wanting to build a 204 Ruger Tactical style rifle or a 20 Tac (223 case necked down to 204)? Either way Jim is a great source. He hooked me up with my 20 Tac Shilen barrel, love it and the round.

I'm pretty sure Savage doesn't make a 20 Tactical which is what I assume he is talking about.

But I would contact Sinarms.

Criterion does offer the 20 Practical - 223 necked down to 20 cal. They are priced at $250.00 and up for a hand lapped match grade barrel.

Ahh was thinking Tactical weight not a 20 Tac or Prac. Sorry bout that. Still Jim or Devin.
