The factory accutrigger on the Mark II is not all that good for small groups. Today I went and switched the trigger spring out for a normal accutrigger spring from a centerfire rifle. Not the target trigger, just a normal everyday accutrigger. What a difference. I would guess the factory trigger to be in the 4-5 pound range if not a bit more. Makes it hard to try and shoot a small group when pulling the trigger will shift the rifle in the rest. rigger is now about 1.5 pounds if not a bit less. I could have gone lighter but if I wasn't careful it would trip on the accutrigger blade and I would have to recock. This is an otherwise bone stock rifle. I was not using a bench but rather the rear rack on my bike with a front rest and rear bag. This stock isn't exactly a bench rest stock either. The horse fly comment is not that I shot a horse fly but I got bit on the back of the neck by one when I was taking a shot hence the one shot pulled low. I would guess that if I was at a bench the group would have been much smaller.

Also tried 10 shots at 50 yds after the trigger was done but I really need to get it on a bench to see how it dies. Blue dots are 3/4"
