savage 111 pawn shop

hello everone,just want to see what yall think about what i found at pawn shop its a savage 111 300wm dm accutriger wood stock for 320.00 its looks new still have savage sticker on bottom of forearm hope to get it out in two weeks .thinking about changing it to a 25-06 or 257weatherby or 7rm what do yall think.thanks in advance

I don't know what they go for in your area, but around here Stevens 200's get $320ish new and accutrigger guns gets at least $425 for blued, blind mag setups. I would say thats not too bad, if its new.

yep. you did good. Thats about where I see used ones go for that have a blind mag. With yours having a DBM makes it a good deal. That bottom metal aint cheap.

Put a muzzle brake on it and you will be good from everything from praire dogs to bull moose.
