Source for .140 detent ball?

I'm experiancing the same ejection problems in my Steven's .223 that may others describe. The extractor pulls the casing from the chamber, but releases it inside the reciever before the ejector can do its duty. I read in the FAQ that a .140 diameter detent ball under the extractor might fix the problem. I can get the smaller .125 ball and other parts directly from Savage, but where does one find a .140 detent ball?

Or, local Bicycle Repair shop. They have a "stash" of different sizes. Pocket magnet and a couple of $$ will get you all you need. ;)
