I need to remove the brake on my 110BA, can any of you guys give me some direction? Does it just unscrew?
THANKS for any help!

Yup, screws right off. Have been a couple of threads here on it and that was the concensus.

Stuck a screw driver through the holes and spun it off.

I heard it was REALLY hard to get it off, heard there was some special washer that makes it very difficult.
I plan to use the rifle in some F Class Matches, I guess they don't allow Muzzle Brakes. Plus, I'm real curious to find out what the difference is in recoil.......

Heat with a propane/butane torch a little first.

mine came with a wrench to take it off,and yes there is a crush washer that needs to be replaced if you take it off.

Sorry for digging up an old thread.
I would like to know what caliber your 110 BA is and how bad is the recoil without the brake.
Thanx

Going to remove the brake on my 308 110BA and replace it with a thread protector soon.

Well I don't think the .308 and .338 LM are comparable calibers but please do let me know how it goes for you.
