Thought I would try something new ...for me. I remove the trigger group when I bed. When I relieve the rear pillar I sometimes have a problem getting it to seat square against the receiver, so... I am going to leave the pillar whole and relieve the pillar with a Dermal after it is bedded. Anybody done it this way? Or is there a better way?

Do you have any pics of previous bedding jobs. I am in the same process right now.

I am kind of confused. Are you asking about heat generated from cutting? If so, then no.

I just popped mine out after 3 hours of curing with devcon 10110. I looks allot better than I expected and came out extremely easy with kiwi natural shoe polish. I am going to let it cure for 12 more hours then attempt to put the center feed magazine back in. I am planning on cutting off the top part of the clip that sits on top of the pillar. I can't see a need for it because the magazine will still wedge into place with out it.

Yes, I was talking about the heat generated by the Dermal. Thank you.
