Hi there, and thanks in advance for any help you folks can offer. I have the aforementioned rifle on the way and am ordering parts needed for mounting the 30mm scope base. I have been looking at Midwest Industries and EGW and need to know if this gun is round rear reciever or square? Can't figure it out on the Savage website! Thanks again, Bill
