On a 110 accutrigger if the scope won't fit, is weaver two piece mounts, and extended rings just as good as a one piece mount?

I'd go with the extended Weaver bases rather than extended rings.

Cheaper and the regular rings can be used on other rifles.

use a piccatiny style base and just about any scope will fit
