It seems a though I have seen high capacity magazines on some of the tactical builds. Am I having a senior moment? ;D Which models and what calibers? If they are after market, where?

If you use CDI bottom metal, you can use 10 round AICS magazines, which are somewhat of a standard (or at least very common).

Same basic stuff as above applies. Check out SSS for mags for your factory bottom metal (assuming you have the metal and not plastic hardware), or convert your stock over to the CDI metal and AICS Mags.
