I'd like to know if this...

...comes installed on the rifle, and if not, if it is built to be compatible with this stock and rifle. I know it's an easy install on the R700 LTR which has an HS stock, but you guys have convinced me my first personal bolt action needs to be a Savage.
I'd like the option of higher capacity magazines for some situations and I've always read good things about the HS Precision DBM assembly, except for the price. An email directly to HS Precision has been unanswered so thanks for ya'lls help ahead of time.
