change out a magazine

i have a stevens 22-250 and am thing of re-barreling it to a .17-.204. is it possible to change out the 250 magazne to one that is for a .223??if so, where could i get one??. also, i would suppose the bolt head would have to be smaller. is this an easy fix?/ thanks

I am assumming you have a newer Centerfeed stevens and if so, you just switch out with mag box in the stock. If you have the older staggerfeed model you will also have to change to the 223 mag box and follower. You will have to change over to the 223 bolt head as well.
