Did a search, nothing came up. Anyone run one of these? Wondering if they are much lighter than the factory steel version.

I wasn't aware EGW was making Savage trigger guards?

Yeah, for the flat rear models. It is aluminum. Kind of pricey but they look nice.

It is machined from billet and several holds. Takes some time to wittle away everything that is not a trigger guard. ;D
Available in black anodized or silver.

We will have an offering for the Round back as soon as we can get some spindle time around here.

What torque do you guys use. I ask because some of the guns with plastic trigger guards I would assume suffer from
not being able to properly or consistently torque.

Thanks for the response. I do not have a plastic one, i have a steel one, so torque wasn't an issue. Just like the look of the aluminum and trying to shave weight.
