Neck Thickness Ruger 204

Does anyone know off hand what std and min neck thickness should be for the 204?

Reason I ask - I have a bag of Remington Brass, after sizing and expanding the necks I found the thickness to be 0.011" for a min thickness with a good handful at 0.010" (std bag of 100)

My neck thickness for once fired Hornady brass is .013
