SGK and Varget

Anyone try Varget with 100gr SGK? If so, what charge, and how'd it do?

Actually I have tried it. It was not too bad of a load, but I got better speed out of RL19. Accuarcy for me was nearly the same. I am a hugh fan of Varget, but it might be a little to fast of a powder when you get up to 100grs in a 243, IMOp. My buddy swears by the Varget load and that is what we make him and he is happy.

The heaviest load in my .243 that I use varget for is 87gr v-max. I prefer RL19 and IMR4350 for the heavy weight bullets in the .243.

100gr in a 243 with Varget was higher pressures for me

H4350 was good, but H4831SC was best
