hinged floor plate for 110

I was wondering if it was possible to buy a hinged floor plate from savage or someone else for savage 110's short and long actions? It would realy make these nice and I saw that savage has these on their new rifles and was just wondering if the are available to public or if you can get from SSS or some one else?
