Small/Large Shank ?

Hey Guys, it's been a while but it's good to be back! I'm working on my first long action build right now, and just out of curiosity I was wondering if I pick up a 110 in 7mag or 300 win Mag if that will be a large or small shank action? I was unsure if long actions even came in both sizes I guess. Thanks for the info.

It would be a small shank. 99% positive.

1% chance it would be some orphan odd-ball.

If it's a small shank barrel, it will be smooth out to the muzzle. If large shank, there will be a step at the end of the barrel nut. HTH
