I went to a store in Salt Lake today and they have many of the Mueller scopes (both mil-dot and target dot). Some of them were factory defects (tilted crosshairs, spot in glass, illumination not consistent) but they also had many that had no problems. They were $112 + tax. If anyone is interested, pm me for more info.
