Are the actions different? Will a bolt handle off of an 11 fit a 10? Will the stocks interchange?

Isn't the trigger (varmint) on a model 10 able to adjust down to 1.5lbs, where the model 11 trigger (hunting) can only adjust down to 2.0lbs?

The triggers may or may not be different, but the actions are the same.

The 11's tend to be matte and the 10's tend to be more glossy blue. 16 and 116 are stainless.

There are two different accutrigger springs available for the current production model 10, 11, 110, 16, and 116 rifles. One adjusts down to about 1.5 lbs the other 2.5 lbs.

Not to be confused with the LRPV series of target action's which are supposed to adjust down to 8 ozs.

Nope.
It depends on what model 10 your talking about a 10G is exactly the same as a 11F. Only the 10FP, or PC get the lighter trigger springs, the other model 10's do not. The triggers are exactly the same the only difference is the return spring used.

My model 10 Predator has the lighter 1.5lb spring.

Why cant you use a model 10 bolt handle on a mod 11 and vice versa?

That would be like using Chevy parts on a GMC. ;)

If the Model 10 and Model 11 use the same action and barrels...why does Savage differentiate between a Model 10 and 11? Must be some difference? ???

On the birch or beech stock versions, the model 10 has a monte carlo stock & the model 11 has a straight comb stock. :)

Because of the stock used.
