208 A-Max in 30/06

Has anyone tried the 208 grain A-Max in a 30/06? If you did how did it do? What powder did you use?

I will be shooting it out of a 22 inch barrel.

Never done it but I see good reports about RL22 and the 208. If you will google 208 AMax+30-06 you will get plenty of sites.

It shoots well in the 308 so should be an excellent bullet in the 06 with RL-22.

I lob them out of a 300 whisper at 1000 fps. A 30/30 bullet would probably work just as well. How does that make you feel? ;D
