Mount/Rings for Stevens 200

I'm going to throw a Leupold 3x9-40 on my Stevens 200 long action.

What size burris rings do you recommend... medium?

Also whats a good scope mount to use?

The Burris medium rings will give you the bell clearance you need but, as I found out the other day using Burris two piece mounts and rings, I couldn't get the scope in the rings correctly because scope tubes are so short now. I swithched over to an EGW base and Weaver windage adjustable rings and solved the problem.
