What are the barrel specs that you are looking to get?

I mostly have AR 15's and a bunch of 10/22's all the Target barrels I put on them are usualy .920's. I've seen some aftermarket barrels for the savages around 1.00-1.100 straight but I'm guessing at 24+" that would make the gun reallllly heavy. I'd also like to go with a shorter barrel maybe 20-22" so I can also use it as a hunt gun. one of my most accurate guns I own is a 14.5" ar-15 with 1-7twist shilen barrel and perm flash hider profiled by randy from ar15barrels.com. for some reason it groups tighter than my 20" guns. Maybe I'll just save up and buy another shilen, or lilja like I usualy do. I wasn't going to go overboard upgrading this particular gun but I always wind up doing so in the long run :-\ it's addicting. I've found a guy semi-local with a new take-off .308 barrel he let go for $50 to help me out, with a .820 at muzzle varmint profile. so I'll use this to hold me up in the mean time. I got it headspaced and installed, just gotta wait for descent weather to shoot it's windy as heck outside and 37degrees :-x
