New barrel, new nut?

I have ordered a new heavy barrel for my 111, does the barrel nut that's on there with the standard barrel fit on or is there a special heavy barrel nut? I checked midway, it appears there's only a nut for small and large shank.

yep one nut either for a small or large shank, barrel contour doesnt matter

Just remember to thread the nut onto your new heavy barrel from the action end. It will not slip high enough to engage the threads and you may end up scratching the finish trying.
