Torque Specs on Action screws for .17hmr

I just bought a 9317FV (synthetic stock) nand am going over it to tighten up the groups. I have checked the scope bases and rings for tightness, and am making sure everything is dialed in as best as can be. Down the road I may want to get a Boyd's stock for it, but as for now I am going with factory specs.
