I have found thousands of them but who makes one that is known to work. Everything I read says a fish gill style is the best bet but I still don't know who makes one that actualy works. Will be used on a 28" Pacnor .338 RUM.

I've had Hollands radial, kirby's painkiller, carlocks 4 port defensive edge brake, and Jim sees muscle brake. To me the best one for recoil reduction is Hollands radial. Jim sees is the best at recoil reduction and keeping the blast off the shooter, it doesn't elemenate quite as much recoil as Hollands but it's alot friendlier to the shooter.

Just my .02 hope it helped,
Nathan

Get one from Sinman. It's about the same as the Holland for much cheaper.

I have a Holland Quick Discharge on my 300 Ultra Mag and I'm very satisfied with the performance. It greatly reduces the recoil, it's nice for prone shooting because it doesn't blow dust and dirt up from the bottom, and muzzle blast isn't as bad as some others I've had.

I've had good luck with Vais muzzle breaks.
