Rounds jamming in internal magazine

Hello everyone, I got a new left-handed model 11 for christmas and I've only shot it twice but every now and then one or two of the rounds will get stuck in the bottom of the internal magazine, forcing me to dig them out. It doesn't happen every single time so I don't know if it has to do with how I'm loading them in the mag or if I should add oil?....I need suggestions. ??? Thanks

What caliber?
Factory or reloads?

it's a .243 and I use factory. It's got a 4 round capacity in the mag and it always seems that the second or third round gets stuck in the side and blocks the rounds below it.

do not put oil in the mag. Maybe polish the follower and check everythimg for burrs.
