Replacement barrels

I was on cast boolits and there is a guy there that has a company that makes AR style barrels, but they also make prefit Savage. He has some different cals like 6.5/223.

I read a lot here , but have never posted so I thought I would post it here for all you guys that swap barrels and have all the "normal" ones...lol

I'm a member over there too. I've been watching the thread to see if there's something that comes up that I can't live without. All this gun stuff is about to drive me into the poor house with all the money I'm saving casting boolits, reloading, and now barrel swaps.

Montana Rifle barrels is what they use. I have never heard of them, only guarante a 1" MOA also.
I sent them an email about a drop in yesterday.

LOL...I have saved so much by casting my own...I have notmoney left to buy new guns....lol

The only Savage CF we have here is a nice 223 and don't intend to swap barrels.

The next cal I want is 260 Rem and I just read here that Savage is going to have one.

As for this outfit....I went to the site and saw they had a bunch of "not the norm" type calibers and thought it might interest a few here.
