Can anyone tell me difference? Is one "better" than the other?

To keep it simple, except for finish, barrel profile & barrel length they are the same.
One is not "better" than the other. Personal preference will dictate which one you want.

There is none, but you never stated what model 10 and 12 you was compairing. Some model 12s are stainless, some are blued. Some model 10s are parkerized, and some are blued, and some have the new accu-stock, which they changed the bolt release, recoil lug, barrel nut, and cocking indicator on this model.

Nope, but IMO I would not mess with an accu-stock action, for one there is limited amount of stocks, and other parts for it.

Surprised no one mentions the 12 Tragets and LRPV with the target actions.

It's the same action, it just has less maching done to it.

True, but they run large shank barrels. I just made mention of it in case the OP was going to build something from parts, it he ends up with a 12 target action he'll need a Large shank barrel

Just trying to get knowledgeable on the models so when I get the bug to buy one I will know I made the right choice.
