How reliable will the 221 feed in a Stevens action.

Feed fine, will not eject. You can remove the ejecter plunger and pick them out with your finger very easily but anything shorter than a .222 wont eject.

Have you ever tried to lengthen the ejector? It works wonder with the PPC and BR cases.
