223 magazine

Wondering if the magazine in a short action for the 204 Ruger has the block in it like it does for the 223 Remington. My barrel has plenty of free bore but I can’t take advantage of it unless I single feed. if I could swap out the magazine box and the follower that would be a big help.

It will also have the spacer in it.
