I don't have any info on that gun, but welcome to the forum.
Cleaning rod trick with a bore mop, measure twist rate yourself, easy peasy :)

When the Saturday night crowd wakes up you'll get more info.

You didn’t state what exact model or if it was a new or used rifle, but 1 in 9.5 is what Savage lists them at on their website for a new model.

It is a used 110. Older pre accutrigger. I did not see that caliber listed on there website.

I will do the cleaning rod when it gets here if I don't find out before hand.

Yes, it’s 1:9.5. Both Old & New 110’s use 1:9.5 twist for 7mm Rem Mag.

But do they use the same twist in the ultra mag as they do in the mag. They do not make the ultra mag anymore.

I apologize. Ultra Mag, not Rem Mag. Not positive off the top of my head, but I’d wager it’s the same as they use the same style & weight bullets.

Crap! Sorry my mind went right to 7mm Mag. Not positive on the ultra mag but I’m pretty sure it should be 9.5 as well.

If I remember right it's stamped on the barrel right along with the caliber on those rifles.
