Savage Model 12 LRP in .280 AI Configuration- Reviews

Afternoon All - Have been considering a Model 12 LRP in .280 AI. I already have a model 12 LRP in .260 Rem. and couldn't be more pleased with this weapon. I would be reloading on this one with 150-162 Grain bullets, N/F 5x X 22x scope. Mostly punching holes in paper at distance and some Texas size deer hunting. I'm wondering if this weapon has turned out to be a winner.

Are you already set up to load .280 AI?

What kind of groupings are you getting outta the.260?

Given a choice, the 12LRP would be the Action I use. Target Action & Target Accutrigger, but with a Magazine well. Yessir! Some day I’ll grab one. But my Model 10 is running great presently. It was recently re-barreled for 260AI.
