Help with barrel contour?

I have a 116BGH that is currently sporting a tired 22" factory medium contour pipe. I am looking at rebarreling with a Benchmark in the Lilja #5 contour, small shank and now am wondering if it will work? According to the Lilja chart, the shank end of the #5 is 1.25" for 3" and tapers down to .875 at 6". Does this sound right? What is the diam of a barrel nut? Thanks for any help.

1.25 is the size of the blank, turn it down when you fit it.
