I’m in need of some help, For a model 99

I would ask first if your 99 is drilled/tapped for scope rail screws? If so you can do a 2-piece Weaver/Rings setup, or a 1-piece rail. It will depend also on what scope you wish to use. And I’m sorry, I’m not understanding your second question. What “3” ​are you referring to
