New to Savage Shooters

Howdy All. Thanks for allowing me to join your Forum. I just started tinkering with Savages, I found this site looking for information for a couple builds i,m tinkering with.I came across a barrel chambered in 308Win with a large barrel nut that is 28" long semi bull. i'm hoping to use my 16/116 that is chambered in 338Win.Mag. as a donor rifle. (bolt face ) Change or another bolt. so i'm here to learn, find, and enjoy tinkering with Savages.Hope everyone is having a Great Day.
