Nope.
You want Devcon 10110. Go to Midwayusa and searvh for Devcon.

That is the stuff my gunsmith uses to set pillars. It also came in the pillar kit I just purchased on Ebay. My gunsmith uses MarineTex or JB Weld to skim bed with. Not sure what I will try. Tim

I use the Devcon Steel bed in the metal jar, not sure if its the same or not, but I didn't write the book on this stuff, I needed more and bought the can of it

That stuff will work just fine. So will, as already noted, 10110, Marine Tex and JB Weld.
JB Weld is my favorite.

GG, What did you use as a release agent with your JB Weld? Tim

Kiwi neutral shoe polish.
It's a cheap combination that works great.
I second the Devcon 10110. I get it from Grainger by the pound. It hold up well for bedding the action and scope mounts.

Oh cool, there's a Grainger over by work. I'll hit them up when I'm ready to bed.
I'm actually using this to correct the stock issue on a 93. Seems to be working, it's setting up right now.
Thanks for the input.
