Is Savage the only source to buy a CF SA blind magazine? Specifically looking for 6.5 CM fit. I have messaged Savage and haven't found any alternates yet.

Yes. Proprietary Savage magazines are only made by Savage. But they are sold at many places. The AICS magazines are the style made by several manufacturers.
