I was recently given a Model 10 Savage in 308. The only part I will be using is the action for a new build. I'm going to put the new setup in a KRG Bravo stock. Before putting the barreled action in place in the stock, are there any other parts that need to be added? I've placed the action in the stock and it doesn't appear anything else is required. Is it that simple?

Is it a 4.40” screw spacing, Centerfeed Action? If so, yes it is that easy & nothing else needed.
