Making The Switch

Been in the shadows here for a bit but I'm making the switch to Savage, I've had a few over the years and let them go and regrated it ever time, I currently have a 300RUM and just picked up another 110 action, I'm all in the FAQ's but if I ask a repetitive question just steer me in the right direction

I don't know how/if it would work, but I have a take-off M 700 Rem 25-06 barrel. It would probably require some finishing or even reblueing to be presentable, although the rifling is crisp to the naked eye and probably the round count is below 300.
