My bolt was hard to move back after unlocking and customer service was no help.
I ended up wiping all of the oil from the bolt assembly and took apart the head. Wiped the oil out of the locking balls and retainer and applied a film of Lubriplate grease to the inside of the head and locking balls.
Also applied a thin coating of Lubriplate to the sliding portion of the bolt and recesses.
Now its slicker than cat poop on a linoeum floor!
Thge rifle is a Hunter version in 6.5 CM propriety to Bass Pro/Cabellas with a camo stock and Green Ceracote, 22 " Threaded barrel

I found that mine loosened up a lot with some dry firing. I'll have to take the bolt down and apply Lubriplate sometime soon. It took some time to develop the right technique as the actuation motions are a bit different than a conventional bolt.

Be aware of the effect that grease may have on the action when used in conditions well below freezing.

And don't be afraid to put the "moor" in Creedmoor !
