Opinions on the most devistating .17hmr round?

17gr Vmax
20gr JSP
20gr Hornaday XTP

Vmax's are generally an explosive little design but offer shallow penetration.

Both the JSP and XTP should have decent expansion with better penetration but at 100 yards (max range for my use) only offers 1 lb (<1%) more energy and drop twice as much (4") as the 17gr (2").

Anyone have some real world experience with these little rounds? what causes the most damage on a fox/coyote?

**PLEASE lets avoid the conversation about whether or not it is big enough for woodchucks, fox, coyote, deer, hippos etc. I thats been argued too many times and never goes anywhere!**

17 grn V-Max in my 93R17V.

The Win rounds were slightly more accurate (less than .3 difference) but for reliable accuracy and lethality as well as the convenience of buying them anywhere I don't think they can be beat.
